k-bek, I have never disagreed with someone on so many subjects as I have with you!
That incident with Barrymore and Jodie in the bedroom was a disgrace. The man is borderline insane! Jodie was making a totally valid point about the food issue and when he heard about it he went into the bedroom, started on her and as soon as she tried to say anything he repeatedly told her to "shut up"! Then, he proceeded to accuse her of attention seeking whilst HE was jumping up and down waving his arms in the air, shouting and making a show of himself.

If anyone was attention seeking it was HIM.

How you can think he was in the right is absolouitely beyond me. Hillariously so in fact!

Totally agree. At first I was pleased that he was going onto this programme because I always rather liked him, but having watched him I realise that he is extremely ill. He made me feel physically sick the way that he was going on towards Jodie. Disgusting behaviour from a grown man. Do yourself a favour Barrymore and just crawl away to where you can't bother anyone anymore.

I know, jumping around shouting at her, making a complete fool of himself, i felt sorry for jodie... but it makes good t.v **thumbup

Good tv, but should carry a warning with it! Besides, from what we know she is a far better person than he is - all she can be accused of is being a bit vulgar at times whereas Barrymore.....

In all honesty I only saw the bit where Barrymore went to speak to Chentelle about it. I heard Jody butting in and it did sound as if she had provoked a reation from him.

However, I have said above that I thought he totally overreacted and made himself look stupid. The intensity was unecessary but I can see why she was getting on their nerves. Barrymore did look a total prat, no doubt and should have reacted differently. But if Jody dislikes him so much why provoke him when he's talking to someone else? To get attention. Jody ctraves attention and, like many kids, it doesn't matter if it is negative as long as it is attention.

Barrymore is a tw@. I've never liked him. He has been funny at times but definately won't be voting for him to win if he gets that far.

Laughed?...I very nearly let some wee out.

Cant stand her but full marks for that,i absolutly hate barrymore, bully with not an ounce of respect for anyone, his quotes on vegetarianism also did him no favours with me the quicker he crawls back under his seedy rock and dies the better IMO.

I also liked Barrymore and felt quite sorry for him with all that had happened to him. I really had hoped the public would see a different person and begin to forgive. And as for Jodie Marsh - I can't stand the girl.

But that disgusting show by Barrymore changed my opinion of both of them last night. Barrymore was totally out of order and an embarrassment - and what Jodie said about the Quorn made perfect sense.

But after all that, I still went back to disliking Jodie. She does herself no favours whatsoever. When she's being sensible, normal, she's a nice girl and in the next split second she spoils it all by opening her foul mouth. Why can't she see why she gets treated the way she does by people.

Loving the show though. **thumbup

Mo, that's my point exactly.

Regardless of how the others have reacted or overreacted to her, Jody has made all of the problems for herself.

You can not moan about your reputation then bragg about snogging X amount of bloke on a night out, being sick then going to bed with your pet dogs.

You can not broadcast your opinions if you do not have the ability to withstand criticism and debate.

All Jody has talked about is herself. Every single converation has been brought round to Jody. Even when Maggot spoke about being bottled on stage she brought it round to her and said she had been bottled.

Maggot and Preston both liked and got on with Jody in the beginning. By the middle of the week they were saying the same things as Barrymore, Pete and george.

Hmm.. saying you can't eat meat because you are a vegetarion isn't exactly her starting a argument, barrymore was eating their food, when there was meat still in the fridge so why was he eating the vegi food? Jodie shut up about it when barrymore started shouting but he carried on jumping around the room like a complete spanner.

Barrymore has come out of this looking like a right tool.

But that is where things have been blurred.

Earlier that day Chantelle had said that everyone could eat the vegi stuff as the budget was crap.

Barrymore was only eating the Quorn because he had been told it was ok to eat it earlier.

Jody had a mad one because there was chicken left in the fridge.

When Barrymore went in to sort it out he wanted to speak to Chantelle and Jody butted in with her comments which wound him up. Jody did not allow Barrymore and Chantelle the oportunity to speak and sort out the misunderstanding. She just waded in with her wellies on then sat back playing the little victim when she got the reaction she wanted.

Barrymore acted like a tw@ and should have known better. He did himself no favours but Jody instigated it by not allowing Barrymore and Chantelle to sort it out betwen them.

If you had watched it properly you would have heard Chantelle say she was the one who said it was OK for them to eat the Quorn.

' If i would have watched it properly' ..? so there is certain techniques for watching t.v? thanks for that k-bek...

Barrymore went in their to argue with Jodie, not to talk with chantelle.

Oh, and even though she did say that Jodie didn't start a argument she simply asked him not to eat it Whilst there was meat in the fridge.. so maybe you should watch it properly... ;)

agree with all of those comments.

I grew up with Barrymore on the tv every week and i always thought he was funny and was saddened by his downfall. I wanted him to use this chance to show the public he had it in him to get over his demons and come through the other side.

However his behaviour towards Jodie over the food issue was disgraceful. How she had the self restraint to not kick him in the nuts when he was right in her face i will never know.

I do have some sympathy with her but she didnt help her own cause.

It seems as though George is targetting "the americans" (as he calls them) as his next victims.

GET THIS MAN OUT!

Exactly.

But he was already eating it when the comment was made and he was asked not to eat it after he had been seen eating it.

We'll always disagree with this one I think! lol

I disliked Jody because I didn't think she did anything to redeem herself. She said all the right things then just acted her normal tarty self when it mattered while expecting everyone to just believe she was different.

I have also said before that I thought Barrymore was OTT and shouldn't have gone off the way he did. In ponsing about like that he lost all validity in his argument.

However, whether someone goes OTT or not does not take away the fact that Jody was provoking a reaction and got one. She didn't even bother to listen to Davina when she had her chance to put her own side across.

Let's put this to bed now as it is so laste week! lol **thumbup

More pressingly at this moment in time- Will Preston and Chantelle become another BB item?
